Check-ins that support independence—not supervision.
Two check-ins with Josh each month are included in rent and encouraged, but not required. Use them to talk through routines, goals, responsibilities, or whatever you’re working on. They are not therapy sessions or clinical supervision.

Meet Josh and Steph
Housing experience informed by years of work with young adults.
LaunchPoint Living was created by Josh Thorn, a licensed clinical social worker, private-practice therapist, and experienced housing provider. Josh spent more than a decade at Telos Academy working closely with adolescents and young adults before opening Sunny Day Counseling in Provo.
Josh and his wife, Steph, manage three rental properties in Utah County. He conducts LaunchPoint’s regular resident check-ins and helps create a home where young adults can develop confidence and habits without being managed or supervised.
