Residents sign a lease and live independently in a shared home. Two 30–45 minute check-ins with Josh each month are included in rent and encouraged, but not required. Check-ins can support practical goals and household communication, but they are not therapy, case management, or clinical monitoring.
No diagnosis, treatment enrollment, or therapy relationship is required for tenancy.

Housing provider
Josh is a licensed clinical social worker and private-practice therapist. He spent more than a decade at Telos Academy working closely with adolescents and young adults. He now operates Sunny Day Counseling in Provo.
Josh and his wife, Steph, manage three rental properties in Utah County. At LaunchPoint, Josh acts as housing provider and conducts regular resident check-ins. Any optional clinical relationship is documented, scheduled, and billed separately from housing.
How to refer
Please avoid presenting LaunchPoint as an already-decided housing plan. The prospective resident should understand the model and participate willingly.
Let the person review the resident page.

An application follows only if everyone wants to proceed.
Scope and separation
LaunchPoint is not treatment, sober living, a group home, transitional programming, or supervised living. It does not provide crisis response, detoxification, medication management, case management, or on-site staffing. No diagnosis or therapy relationship is required for tenancy, and any optional clinical service is governed by a separate agreement.
