LaunchPoint is independent residential housing near UVU. Residents sign a lease, manage their own day, and live with housemates—not staff. Two check-ins with Josh each month are included in rent and encouraged, but not required.
The model is designed to create room for natural growth: enough structure to make follow-through easier, without recreating a supervised or treatment setting.

What families can expect
What LaunchPoint does not provide
LaunchPoint does not offer on-site staff, medication management, curfews enforced through supervision, crisis monitoring, or clinical oversight. Therapy is not required.
If a resident chooses optional coaching or therapy, it is a separate agreement and is not included in rent.
From a parent’s perspective
Check-ins give Josh a regular, structured opportunity to notice how a resident is doing and raise concerns directly with the resident—not with the family, unless the resident consents to that communication.
This boundary supports adult agency and privacy while giving the resident a predictable place to talk through routines, goals, responsibilities, or whatever they are working on.
The resident’s decision matters
Family members are welcome to ask questions and participate in an initial conversation. A successful fit still depends on the prospective resident understanding the home, wanting to live there, and participating in the decision.
